The 21000 Sq.ft. building opened on 20th October 2007. This building  consist of a community hall in the ground floor and the diocesion head office, conference room, head office of the spiritual organizations, library and the Bishop’s Suits on the first floor and the chapel at the top floor. Suited in front of the Historic St. Marys’s Jacobite Syrian Church, Kandanad, Which is the head church of the Kandanad Diocese, this centre is built to manifest the glory of the age old diocese.
